You're welcome to bring any hair you've already purchased to your first appointment. For future appointments, we’ll coordinate in advance to source the hair for you, with imports from China and India. You can reuse the hair you have once, provided it's been washed, thoroughly dried, and styled with either a flat iron or curls to your preference.

If the stylist is unable to attend your appointment, you'll receive a full refund. However, if the stylist is running late due to traffic or any other reason, you will be notified in advance.

If you're getting braids or weave extensions and have 4C or extremely curly hair, please wash, condition, and blow-dry your hair, using a round brush. If needed, also use a flat iron or pressing comb. If we need to perform these steps for you, there will be an additional charge of $25, and it will extend the time of your appointment.

If you found a style on YouTube, please text us the links a few days in advance to view and study the videos before your appointment so we may review them.

Since this business operates from a small space, I prefer to work without onlookers for privacy. Please ensure you have informed your guest of the many eateries and the many things to do in the area.

All services and hair must be prepaid upfront for any hair service. If you require the hair to be shipped directly to you, an additional shipping fee will apply. If you already have your own hair, you will still need to pay for the service in advance, with the option to tip after the service is completed.

Please note that if services like shampoo or a wash are added to your appointment, it may take longer and may increase the overall cost by $25.
